Well. today was special...made the first trip around the block...no windshield! No drivers door! A little cool in the 30 deg Indiana air! Something about  driving a project for the first time!

Got the bed wood stained and epoxied today, as well as brakes bled. New taillights on.

Got the hitch installed to pull my '47 Teardrop camper
Also driveshaft is in, alignment is done

Finally all four tires on

Got alot done this week

T5 trans in, dropped axle, 10 bolt rear, whitewall tires

10 bolt Chevy Rear end installed, replacing the torque tube. Will sit on 3" lowering blocks. Tube style shocks to replace knee action original ones.

Latest progress

Installed T5 transmission and added new shift knob...a Blatz beer tap handle from the sixties
